At Faith Family School of Leadership students will be immersed into a dynamic culture that will help them develop an intimate relationship with Christ while empowering them to represent Him in their everyday world. We strive to provide an environment where students will have fun, grow relationally, and be purposeful in cultivating an environment where all are welcomed.
Faith Family School of Leadership is devoted to providing and preparing men and women with the tools for effective and innovative leadership and ministry. That begins with a keen mind geared towards today’s culture. Southeastern University (Lakeland, FL) partners with Faith Family Church to host an instructional site on the church campus, and offer students an accredited degree program. Students will be provided a rich, sound, and stable biblical based education to propel them forward not only into ministry but into a position to enable them to work in the marketplace around them as well.
The training and leadership tracks at Faith Family School of Leadership will give students practical relevant hands on training that will prepare them for a successful launch and future within ministry. Students will be trained and equipped in and through specific areas of interest by direct guidance from leaders and pastors developing them into world-class leaders.
Faith Family School of Leadership sees the weight and importance of earning a degree and understands that it is one of the most essential avenues to paving the way for a student to have a future in ministry. Not only do we want to prepare students to be world class leaders, we want to pave a way for them to get there. That’s why Faith Family Church has partnered with Southeastern University to offer our students accredited degree programs.
Southeastern University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate, baccalaureate, masters, and doctorate degrees. Faith Family School of Leadership is not accredited by SACS Commission on Colleges and the accreditation of Southeastern University does not extend to or include Faith Family School of Leadership or its students. Students must be admitted by Southeastern University and enrolled in university courses to receive the benefits of regional accreditation.

This is not just a degree, but a truly a program purposed in developing and growing students. The heartbeat of our program is the hands on real life application portion. Students will have designated weekly hours where they will work closely in various ministry tracks within the church. Learning not only the pieces to leadership, team building, and specific skill sets that will set them up for success in ministry. But also, the real life side to it all; developing in your personal life, your spiritual life, goal setting, and learning how to navigate through all aspects and challenges of life. We want students to leave our program feeling equipped and fully mentored.
